2020年是海南自由贸易港的开局之年,在习近平总书记“4·13”重要讲话两周年之际，海南国际经济发展局推出全球投资服务热线4008-413-413，热线从3月9号起试运行。
2020 is the opening year of Hainan Free Trade Port and the 2nd anniversary of the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping, on April 13, 2018. On this special occasion, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development (hereinafter referred to as IEDB) launched aservice hotline4008-413-413for global investors, which has been put into trial operation from March 9.

如你所知，今年是海南自由贸易港建设的开局之年。当今世界，正在与冠状病毒流行作斗争。同时， 全球投资者也在寻找一些新的商机。而全球投资者认为，海南自贸区是抵消疫情不利影响的一个非常重要的举措。还有在海南， 我们正在做大量的准备工作，以加快建设进程。作为这些准备工作的重要部分。所以我们设立这条热线是为了满足全球投资者的需求，解答他们的疑问。
